Session 1: An Introduction to our Stress Response
This video introduces the Emotional Support Video Series, recognizing educators experience significant pressure from many directions during a normal school year and this year has only added pressure. The purpose of this video series is to offer educators access to information, guidance, and resources they may not already have. This first video introduces the impact of stress on our physical and emotional health. The following videos will provide tools to help you manage stress, address mindfulness skills, process grief and loss, maintain connections and healthy relationships, and how to create a self-care plan.
